Refund / Returns Policy

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Dreamcraft Events.

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may qualify for a refund.

Refund instructions will be communicated via email or the official website.

3. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Failure to Attend

Failure to attend the event for any reason will not qualify for a refund.

5. Vendor Stall Fees

Vendor stall bookings (R400 per stand) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Dreamcraft Events.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Scope of Responsibility

This refund policy applies solely to Dreamcast Events and its official ticketing partners.

DJs, performers, and web designers featured or engaged for the Dreamcast Events DJ Music Festival are independent contractors and have no control over ticketing, event scheduling, website content, or event execution.

Accordingly, no refund, compensation, or liability claims may be directed toward any Performer or Web Designer. All such claims must be submitted to Dreamcast Events in accordance with this policy and the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa).
