Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets, vendor bookings, and attendance at events organized by Dreamcraft Events.
By purchasing a ticket, booking a vendor stall, or attending an event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Event Information
The DJ Music Festival will take place at Coronation Park, Krugersdorp on 27 June 2026 from 08:00 until 23:30.
Dreamcraft Events reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, performers, or event layout if required.
3. Age Restriction
This event is strictly 18 years and older.
Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.
Anyone unable to prove they are over the age of 18 may be denied entry without refund.
4. Tickets
Tickets purchased are valid only for the specified event date.
Each ticket grants one person entry unless otherwise stated.
Tickets may not be duplicated, resold for profit, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Dreamcraft Events.
5. Vendor Stalls
Food vendor stalls are available at a cost of R400 per stand.
Vendors must comply with local health regulations and food safety standards.
Dreamcraft Events reserves the right to refuse vendor participation if requirements are not met.
6. Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed at the event:
- Personal food or beverages
- Illegal substances
- Dangerous objects or weapons
- Any items that may pose a safety risk
Security staff reserve the right to search bags at entry points.
7. Right of Admission
Dreamcraft Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour:
- Is disruptive
- Is unsafe
- Violates event rules
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Performer & Designer Independence and Limitation of Liability
All DJs, performers, and web designers engaged for the Dreamcraft Events DJ Music Festival (“Service Providers”) are independent contractors. Service Providers are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Dreamcraft Events or its organizers.
Dreamcraft Events is solely responsible for the organization, promotion, management, and accuracy of information on the festival website, including ticketing, scheduling, and event operations.
In accordance with applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa), all obligations relating to ticket sales, website content accuracy, event delivery, cancellations, postponements, and refunds rest with Dreamcraft Events and/or its official ticketing partners.
Service Providers shall not be held liable for any cancellations, postponements, changes to the event programme, website errors, or any failure or delay in the hosting of the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees agree that no claims, demands, or legal proceedings arising from ticket purchases, refunds, event cancellations, website information, or event-related losses shall be brought against any Performer or Web Designer.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any rights that consumers may have under the Consumer Protection Act; however, such rights may only be enforced against Dreamcraft Events and not against any independent Service Provider.
9. Force Majeure and Lineup Changes
Dreamcraft Events reserves the right to change the event lineup, schedule, or venue due to circumstances beyond its control (Force Majeure). Such changes do not create any liability on the part of the independent Service Providers (including Performers and Web Designers).
Dreamcraft Events reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases the Refund Policy will apply.
